• Venue setting is in a grassed area.

  • No electrical power or mainline water will be available.

  • If you are bringing your own generator, please let us know so we can put you in an appropriate location

  • Bring your own canopy, tables and chairs.

  • Vendor spaces are allocated as 10 ft x 10 ft. All tables, canopies, signage, product displays, and storage must fit in this space. If you require additional space, please let us know.



  • Set-up will be between 8am and 10am.

  • Vehicles to be off site by 10:30am and parked on the roadside, not inside the enclosure

  • Vendors may take down their booths no earlier than 3:00 pm. Vehicles will not be permitted on the grounds before the 3:00 closing time.



  • Our goal is to have the POHP Open Day event be a zero net waste event. Please bring products to the event in reusable boxes/containers and sell products in packaging that can be recycled or composted.

  • Please take all your garbage home with you.



  • Food vendors are required to send a copy of their temporary or mobile food service permit (or a letter from the Interior Health Authority indicating a permit is not required) by August 1st. They can be emailed to Please refer to the IHA Temporary Food Service Guidelines for detailed information.

  • Food vendors are also required to provide a copy of their liability insurance covering them for the year, season, or day.



For to the health and welfare of the resident animals no pets except service dogs will be allowed at the Event. Please leave your pets at home.

In respect of the animals we care for and our vegan philosophy, we ask that no meat, dairy or animal by products be brought onto the property. Thank you.

Participation at this event is FREE however vendors are asked to provide an item for the raffle.

Our purpose is to support the vegan community by providing a nurturing retreat; and promote the adoption of a compassionate, considerate lifestyle, the 'no harm' philosophy and evidence its importance for the future of the planet and all its inhabitants.
